Seller-assisted workflow
NumiListing is an assisted drafting tool. It helps you organize photos, likely coin identity, scan-specific comparable listings, listing copy, item specifics, and marketplace preview data. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving every listing field before publishing.
Coin identity and authenticity
Coin identities are suggestions, not guarantees. Confirm or correct the identity before relying on it in a listing. NumiListing does not guarantee authenticity, rarity, mint errors, variety attribution, or counterfeit detection.
Condition and grading
NumiListing is not a grading service. It uses conservative language for raw coins and does not assign certified grades. Exact grades should appear only when you enter them or a slab or certification source supports them. Cleaned, damaged, replica, copy, uncertain authenticity, and possible mint-error disclosures should be reviewed before listing.
Valuation
Valuation ranges are estimates based on available scan-specific comparable observations. They are not appraisals, guarantees of sale price, or financial advice. Active listings may differ from sold prices, and market conditions can change quickly.
Publishing
Publishing is disabled until seller sign-in, required listing fields, and explicit approval are complete. NumiListing does not publish listings without a deliberate action from you.
Subscriptions
NumiListing Pro is sold through the App Store and Google Play. Payment, renewal, and cancellation are handled by Apple or Google under your store account. The free path includes 10 complete photo identifications each month.
